Due to the tragic fires in Colorado this summer (and every summer) the 4th of July fireworks were postponed. So we got to enjoy them in September! What a great way to say goodbye to summer. They were launched at the park right by our house, literally walk out our backyard, onto a trail and bam! You're at a park just 50 yards away.
There were food trucks and live music, the kids loved running around

My good friends Mikkie and Tara and their darling boys. I've been so grateful to have these ladies in my life.
