Utah!

 And just like that we had moved in with my parents (until we bought a home)

I drove out in the van with the girls and Erik worked his few last days at Leprino.  Lynette had her art in the Church's art show in Salt Lake City so we headed down to see it.  I don't seem to have any pictures of it, but she is incredible! So amazing to get to go and see everyone's interpretations on the theme "Book of Mormon Stories"

 Erik Clemmie and I headed up to Twin Falls to look for a house, Violet and Elsie stayed with my parents.  We looked at around 15 homes and just didn't feel like it was THE ONE.  We had found a house online and fell in love with it. However, before we got up to Twin to go check it out, it was no longer on the market.  We decided we needed to just drive by and see it.  We called the listing agent and she said it was under contract but that the buyers had until Monday (it was friday) to back out, because they were having some issues with their FHA loan.  We scheduled a walk through with our agent and went the next day.  We saw more homes and had some we loved, the last house of the day was 241 Polk St E.  We pulled up, walked into the house and I immediately knew THIS WAS THE ONE!  As we walked through I tried so hard not to get my hopes up, we wanted it so BAD!  It was PERFECT, everything we wanted.  Old charm, updated, lots of space, big yard (actually bigger than our old yard) but we were so nervous that it wasn't going to work out.  We put in an offer in case the other buyers backed out and hoped for the best.  Long story short, Monday we got a call that the house was ours!  Things have a crazy way of working out when they're right:)
